Happy Hump day to you all! We are just dusting off the blog for the first time this week. We have been in Halloween mode for the last couple days trying to tie together loose ends for Delilah and Sawyer’s costumes, school Halloween party and parade and finishing up the planning for Sawyer’s Christening on Saturday! Phew….I get tired thinking about all of the mama duties we take on but how rewarding is the feeling of when it’s all said and done and you are left with precious babies who are smiling from ear to ear. It’s worth all the running around and five minute showers to see how excited they are for Holidays, am I right? You can pass the wine now, please and thank you!
We are getting so excited about Sawyer’s big day on Saturday. We can’t wait to see his little smile and chubby cheeks on the alter with our favorite Deacon. Delilah says Sawyer will be Gods angel just like her, well, you got that right baby girl! After his celebration at our church we are taking our closest family out to lunch for some yummy Mexican Food and Chocolate Cake! Our kinda celebratory weekend.
Before we get out the door for some much needed park time to get some wiggles out we want to share with you the kiddos costumes and a few family pictures from Halloween night. I was a little disappointed I was not able to make their costumes this year, for the last four years Delilah has had a handmade costume made by mama and her limited sewing skills, but this year with both babes it seemed nearly impossible to pour as much work into their costumes. Instead we found adorable super hero get up’s at Party City and on Amazon and spent the extra hours snuggling and watching Hocus Pocus, and you know what, it was just as perfect! Have a great week, friends. Bring on the Holiday music and decor!
