Happy Wednesday to you and yours! We hope this past weekend was full of shopping, wrapping and Christmas cookie baking and that you mama’s were able to accomplish what you set out for. Pop and Gigi were so sweet to take care of our Delilah so that we could get some additional Christmas shopping accomplished. Sawyer was amused by the holiday music and crowds at Target and Toys r Us. The sound of ambitious feet around the stores put him into a deep sleep and the hubby and I were able to stop for a quick bite and drink in between the shopping chaos- score!
Santa comes in three more sleeps and we have one excited five year old on our hands. Each morning she makes her way downstairs to first, find her elf and second, open her advent calendar to ensure Santa is one day closer to making his stop. After she devours her advent calendar chocolate she chooses what she would like for breakfast and then helps mama decide what Sawyer will prefer to chow down on that morning.
While Delilah usually opts for cream of wheat or pancakes, Sawyer is game for whatever sissy chooses for us to cook up in the BEABA babycook, usually a fruit and oatmeal for breakfast. Not only is it a fun activity for Delilah and mommy to prepare Sawyers meals together, we can ensure that his food is all natural, healthy, tasty and just the right texture. It’s important to us that we are able to control what goes into baby Sawyers belly. It gives us piece of mind knowing that his food is one hundred percent organic and free of pesticides, preservatives and unwanted chemicals.
The babycook prepares fruits, vegetables, meat or fish from raw to any stage baby and toddler food in only fifteen minutes, making this one genius appliance that we can not live without in our home. In the fifteen minutes that it takes to prepare his food we are able to get Delilah’s breakfast made, our coffee fixed, and settle Sawyer in his high chair with bib just in time for the babycook to alert me that his meal is ready. The babycook makes it easy for us to introduce new flavors and control the texture of his puree, too! With its multi-purpose mixing blade you can rest assured your babes favorite fruit, veggie or meat will be as silky smooth as your babe prefers.
The steaming feature is a game changer as it locks in all of the yummy vitamins and nutrients for babe and can also be used to reheat and defrost left overs and the multiportions mama made ahead of time. To save time for the days that we are running all over town and working through mountains of laundry we like to make a large batch of breakfast, lunch and dinner ahead of time and freeze in our multiportions tray for easy access and food prep.
The babycook is a one-handed operation that makes cooking for babe fun and stress free. It’s unique in that it has a narrow footprint for easy storage and boasts a patented steam heating system, stainless steel water reservoir, and large 4.7 cup bowl with graduation markings for easy peasy utilization. The babycook also includes a spatula, mixing lid, smoothie filter and recipe booklet that is so much fun to explore with an older sibling. Delilah loves a good smoothie and enjoys making hers in the babycook with mama. Mama may even sneak a few veggies and voila, Delilah inhales her greens for the day! The babycook is also BPA, Lead and Phthalate free!
